For me it was 5 and a half years.
The amount of time it took me to get a proper diagnosis that is. Did you know it takes the average celiac/gluten intolerant individual 9-11 years to get a diagnosis? And in that amount of time we suffer from stomach aches and IBS and fibromyalgia and a myriad of other problems caused by the evil protein.
